This Privacy Policy explains how HardCarrx collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, API, documentation, and related services.

2. Information we collect

• Account information, such as name, email, authentication metadata, organization, plan, and billing references.
• Service usage information, such as API requests, model/provider selections, latency, usage counts, logs, diagnostics, and abuse-prevention events.
• Customer content you choose to send through the service, including prompts, memory records, cacheable content, uploaded keys, and outputs.
• Device and browser information, such as IP address, approximate region, user agent, and security telemetry.
• Communications with us, including support requests, feedback, and operational notices.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and improve HardCarrx, authenticate users, process requests, provide routing, caching, long-term memory, analytics, billing, support, enforce limits, detect abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with legal obligations. Our product objective is to help customers build durable memory and continuity for AI systems, not to monetize customer data.

4. Provider keys, secrets, and sensitive content

If you store provider credentials or send request-side provider keys, HardCarrx may process that information to execute your requested API call. We apply technical and administrative safeguards, but you remain responsible for deciding what secrets, prompts, memory content, and regulated data you send to the service.

5. Sharing and disclosures

Privacy is a core product priority for HardCarrx. We do not sell personal data, customer memory, prompts, outputs, or usage history. We may share information only with service providers and partners that help us operate the service, such as infrastructure vendors, payment processors, security vendors, and model providers you direct us to call, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety, prevent abuse, collect amounts owed, or comply with law.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and auditability, meet contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer-visible data retention may vary by plan, feature, configuration, or legal necessity. Certain plans may include different memory-retention periods, and customers may be able to purchase or top up additional retention capacity where offered. We may preserve logs, backups, and security records longer than customer-visible content when required for operational integrity, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

7. Your choices

Depending on your account and jurisdiction, you may be able to access, update, export, delete, or restrict certain information. We intend to give customers control over their stored data, including the ability to delete customer-visible memory and related content from the service, subject to technical, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, billing-record, backup-recovery, or legal-retention constraints. Some deletion or export requests may therefore be processed with limited exceptions where retention is still required.

8. International processing

HardCarrx and its service providers may process data in multiple countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection rules than your own.

9. Children

HardCarrx is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age in the relevant jurisdiction. Do not use the service if you are not legally permitted to do so.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and changes become effective when posted unless otherwise required by law.
